Welcome to 'Buy Me A Beer'. By accessing our craft sanctuary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Spirit. Just as the craft of premium ales requires patience and specific ingredients, our relationship with you is governed by these essential guidelines. Please read them as carefully as you would a rare label in a dimly lit cellar.

By utilising our platform, you acknowledge that you are entering 'The Brewery'—a digital space dedicated to the appreciation of fermented traditions. You must be of legal drinking age in your respective jurisdiction to participate in the full 'Buy Me A Beer' experience. If you are a minor, please return to the lemonade stand; this cellar is for mature palates only.

liquor 2. Craft of Premium Ales

All content found within 'Buy Me A Beer', including recipes, tasting notes, and visual aesthetics, are the intellectual property of The Brewery or affiliate partners. We take great pride in our craft. Any unauthorised bottling, relabeling, or distribution of our intellectual spirits is strictly prohibited. Like a proprietary yeast strain, our brand identity is unique and legally protected.

payments 3. The Tab (Payments & Gratuity)

When you choose to 'Buy A Beer' through our platform, you are processing a digital digital payment. This might be directly with us or with an affiliate partner directly on their site and thus be bound by their terms and conditions of sale.

gavel 4. Tavern Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating 'Skunked Behavior.' This includes but is not limited to:

  • circle Harassment of brewers or fellow patrons.
  • circle Attempting to bypass the 'age-gate' barrel.
  • circle Spamming the tap lines with automated scripts.

shield 5. Limiting Liability

While we strive for a perfect pour every time, The Brewery shall not be held liable for any digital hangovers, technical glitches during the fermentation process, or external links to third-party cider houses. Our platform is provided 'as is'—as fresh as today's batch, but subject to the natural variances of the digital climate.
